Summary of Rental Terms

Please review and agree to the entire Agreement before proceeding with booking and payment. Once you have booked this reservation, you agree to all policies, terms and conditions.

A. The property shall not be used by more than the number of guests listed in your reservation.

B. Check-in time is 4pm and Check-out time is 10am. Requests for early check-in and late departure may be accommodated but are not guaranteed.

C. All guests shall abide by Magnolia Pointe's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.

D. Pets are not permitted.

E. Renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests under 21 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

F. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

G. Use of charcoal grills is limited to the community outside area. No cooking is permitted on the balcony.

H. Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.

I. Daily maid/towel/linen service is not provided.

J. Towels shall not be removed from the condo. Pool and beach towels shall be furnished by the Renter.

K. Wrist bands are required for use of the Magnolia Pointe pools. All (6) bands shall be returned. The replacement fee is $10 per band.

L. The furniture shall not be rearranged.

M. Upon check-out, Renter shall wash all dishes, including the coffee pot carafe and its brew basket. Renter shall empty the refrigerator and remove garbage in excess of 1 bag to the outside dumpster.

N. The Renter assumes all risk involved with use of this condo, the balcony, and all other areas of the resort property or association grounds for the renter and all persons, including minor children, entering the property. The Renter agrees to save, indemnify and hold harmless the owner, resort, homeowner's association, contractors, and their respective insurers for any/all loss, damage, expense, penalty, personal injuries (including death), or loss of property sustained by any person whatsoever as a result of the use of any portion of the premises or surrounding area of the property. The Renter assumes full responsibility for all persons entering the property during the Renter's contracted time of stay.

O. PAYMENT POLICY: If booking less than 30 days in advance, total payment is due at the time of booking. If booking more than 30 days in advance, a deposit of 50% of total payment can be paid at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 14 days prior to check-in. Payments can be made by CREDIT CARD.

P. CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% of prepaid payment less credit card fees is fully refundable if cancellation is made with 72 hours of check-in.
